I have M35X S309. keyboard stopped working properly within a month of purchase (Jan 2005). called them up, sent in, was diagnosed as static problem, required a new casing. they replaced the body, the keyboard, whole ordeal took a little short of 3 weeks. customer support was fine. but i will never buy toshiba again.
