One of the first songs I heard was an Orion Beer song, played on a
plastic 三線 by an incredibly genki 30-some-odd female diving instructor
who's hoping to become an "沖縄ネーネー"; gotta be some kind of
definition of eclectic.

The only names I know are the more popular ones like ネーネーズ and
Shikichi Kina; the people I actually heard were all locals.
