I am using Communicator based Netscape.  On my puny little 133 with 32
megs of RAM, it takes about 15 seconds to load.  IE4 took about a 
minute to load, but severely slowed down the operation of everything
on my computer.

Netscape supports standard HTML.  IE promotes non-standard html crap,
and did promote non-standard Java, which I would love see die.

I currently have IE3.  That is a very stripped down browser by today's
standards.  Among the reasons I use Netscape are because newer versions
of IE are huge, slow on my computer, and use non-standard html.

But back onto the top of the webpage.  I have notified the owner of the
site that it DOES work in Netscape.  I had no problems with it, other
than a slightly odd table layout, and of course, IE promotes bad table
construction.
